Our apartments are located in Blanes in a small three-storey building in a development called "La Plantera", which is near a tourist area called "Los Pinos", and 2 Km from the historic centre and 900 m from the beach. The building has:

• Twelve 2/4 people apartments.
• Six 4/6 people apartments.
• Comunal hall and living room.
• Swimming pool and solarium (From 9am to 7pm).
• Subway car park (5 €/Day).
• Shopping arcade with Bar/Restaurant.

Important information:

• These apartments are available during the whole year.
• A 70 € deposit when checking in, recuperable when checking out.
• During July and August, the check-in is done on Saturdays from 4pm and the check-out before 10am.
• Bedclothes, towels and tablecloths are changed once a week.
• It is included the cleanning of the room before and after the customers stay in it.
• Renting cradles and extra beds for 5 €/Day.
• Renting a parking bay for 5 €/Day.
• No pets are allowed..

• Television.
• Clothes horse.
